Opportunity

Sparkroom is currently looking for a person who loves finding the right solution for a client, building a strong relationship with that client and working with a top notch team to make both the solution and relationship work. If you’re incredibly adept at putting yourself in your client’s shoes, identifying their needs and pursuing the right solution with a passion, then we’d love to talk to you. We want people who don’t settle for less than win/win, who love listening and who live for diagnosing a customer’s pain and solving it. You also have a unique flair for presenting the benefits of solutions in terms that your clients find exceptionally compelling..

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Sparkroom customer relationships
    • Use data to drive decisions that drive dramatically increase marketing efficiency for our clients
    • Work with clients on a daily basis to deliver the lead volume and quality required to meet their business objectives
  • Manage and grow Sparkroom lead provider relationships
  • Be the voice of the customer inside Sparkroom. Communicate customer requests and desires to product management and product development teams

Qualifications

  • World-class relationship and interpersonal skills; proven track record for building exceptional customer relationships
  • World-class analytical decision making skills. You need to be really good at math and be able to drive decisions from complex data
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience buying leads a plus
  • Entrepreneurial/startup experience
  • Experience in financial services, online marketing a plus
